Terms of Service

All products are made to order. By submitting an order inquiry, you acknowledge that:

• We will send a digital proof for approval before production begins.
• Production starts only after your written approval of the proof.
• Minor variations in leather texture and tone are natural and not considered defects.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, artwork, or designs you submit for engraving. KawaKraft will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without authorisation. By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to use it.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Pricing is confirmed at time of order and subject to change without notice for future orders. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of your quote.

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and may vary based on order volume and complexity. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
• After production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If a product arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost.

KawaKraft's total liability for any claim arising from a custom order is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
